Core benefits

A store that sells while the team grows

Everyday orders handled by a branded store around the clock, while the sales team focuses on larger deals.

  • Own the customer relationship

Every purchase carries the partner’s brand. Customers come back to the partner, not to a third-party platform.

  • Sell around the clock

New customers buy at any hour without waiting on a sales call. Revenue keeps coming in after the office closes.

  • Earn more on every order

Partner services and bundles sit next to every Microsoft license. Each order grows in value and margin.

  • Close orders without follow-up

Terms and payment are settled at checkout. Every order arrives complete, with cash collected upfront.

Tõnis Tikerpäe, Service Manager at Primend OÜ
C3 helped us establish our own cloud marketplace portal, transacting directly with Partner Center while our clients manage their licenses themselves. We love the simplicity of the product and the promptness of the Spektra team, and it's great value for the features it offers.”

What can wehelp you find?

What CSP partners ask about selling Microsoft cloud from a store under their own brand.

CSP Control Center cloud linking Azure, Power BI, Copilot and Microsoft 365 to a billing dashboard with usage KPIs and a subscription table, feeding charts, an itemised invoice and a completed sync
Can the marketplace carry my own brand and domain?

Yes. C3 is white-labeled: you can apply your own branding and logos, run the marketplace on your own domain, set login button colors and choose which menus and footer customers see, so customers buy from your brand.

What can I sell besides Microsoft licenses?

Alongside Microsoft 365 and Azure, you can list your own partner offers such as managed services, support plans and professional services, plus bundles, software subscriptions and third-party subscriptions, all priced by your plans.

Can new customers pay by card when they sign up?

Yes. Public sign-up supports Authorize.Net card payments and can generate an upfront invoice at sign-up. Payment gateway integration is a premium add-on.

What happens when a prospect already has a Microsoft tenant?

Prospects with an existing tenant can sign up without payment. You receive their details and cart contents and complete onboarding with them.

Can I offer free trials of my own services?

Yes. Partner offers can have free trials of 15 to 90 days, which convert to paid subscriptions automatically, with auto-renew options.

How is the Microsoft Customer Agreement handled at sign-up?

MCA attestation must be completed before the agreement is created, during both public sign-up and Link Tenant onboarding. You can also generate attestation links, send emails and track status from the customer profile.
