Your domain, your brand
Runs on your own domain, with no visible C3 branding anywhere in the experience. Custom dashboard tiles, icons and links can be assigned to each customer individually.

Give customers and resellers a branded storefront to buy, provision, and manage Microsoft subscriptions 24/7, with no support ticket.
Runs on your own domain, with no visible C3 branding anywhere in the experience. Custom dashboard tiles, icons and links can be assigned to each customer individually.

Approval workflows, seat limits and transaction limits that you define and control. Indirect models can require both reseller and partner sign-off before provisioning.

Orders placed in the storefront provision back to Microsoft without manual steps. NCE terms and attestation surface at checkout, and the consent is logged with the order.

Distributors, resellers and end customers each log in with their own plan and scope. Multi-market offers, per-customer currency and multi-language invoice PDFs come with it.

Storefront
Browsing, checkout, public signup, quotes and trials — the whole buying journey, provisioned back to Microsoft without a support ticket.
Customers browse the offers in their assigned plan, Microsoft services, ISV offers, bundles and your own partner products, each shown with unit price, billing cycle, term, add-ons and NCE or EST tag. Items go into a floating cart with live quantity editing; the customer selects the tenant to provision against and places the order, which provisions automatically.
Publish a public signup flow with a default plan so prospects can buy without a sales conversation. Prospects with an existing Microsoft tenant are supported, upfront NCE invoices can be generated at signup, credit card payment is accepted during signup through Authorize.Net, and MCA attestation is captured before the agreement is created. Where a prospect cannot complete signup unassisted, their details and cart pass to you for manual onboarding rather than being lost.
Send a professional quote from plan offers or custom line items, share it by email or public URL, capture digital approval, and convert it automatically into an invoice and a provisioned order. Offer free trials from 15 to 90 days that convert automatically to paid subscriptions, and let customers schedule orders to activate on a future date.
Customers manage subscriptions, seats, upgrades, invoices, billing history, Azure usage, renewals, and portal users. Customer Admin Lite enables controlled access for renewal quantity changes.
Create custom dashboard tiles with your own icons, colors, links and descriptions, and assign them per customer, turning the portal into a genuine service surface for support links, documentation or your own applications.
Broadcast web notifications and targeted announcements to specific portals and user groups, configure custom notifications for purchases and tenant linking, and send cart reminders for abandoned baskets.
Distributors extend self-service to downstream resellers and their end customers, each with their own login, plan, pricing and scope, so the whole channel runs on one platform.
Split subscriptions, ownership and invoices across a customer's sites and departments, including percentage-based Azure allocation, so the storefront and the invoice match how the customer is organized.
Multi-market offers let customers transact in their local market, invoice PDFs support multiple languages per customer and reseller, and prices display in plan or customer currency.

Handled by your team Every seat change, purchase, invoice copy and Azure spend question arrives as a ticket or a call, is looked up by hand and is provisioned manually in Partner Center. Customer count cannot grow without operations headcount growing with it. | CSP Control Center A branded storefront on your own domain where customers and resellers buy, provision and manage subscriptions themselves — inside the approvals and limits you set, with orders provisioning automatically back to Microsoft and invoices paid in the portal. |
CSP Business Owner
Operating leverage
Customer count grows without operations headcount growing with it, and the customer experience reinforces your brand instead of a vendor's.
Operations Manager
Ticket volume moves
The routine requests that fill your week move to the customer, inside guardrails you set, with an audit trail on every approval.
Finance & Billing Manager
Fewer invoice calls
Customers view and pay their own invoices, see outstanding dues and advance credits, and stop calling finance for copies.
