The Direct Bill plan ($349/month) covers Tier-1 direct partners; the Indirect Providers plan ($499/month) adds multi-country support, reseller management, and distributor capabilities. The added cost maps to running a full indirect channel.
Can I save money with annual billing?
Yes, yearly billing saves 10% versus monthly on CSP Control Center's core plans, with the same feature set. The monthly/yearly toggle lets you compare both before deciding.
What does the "Available On Demand" tier include?
It covers premium add-on capabilities that extend the core plans, priced individually through Contact Sales. You add advanced features only when your operation needs them, rather than paying a higher flat rate.
Can I try CSP Control Center before I buy?
Yes, you can start with a 30-day free trial. A credit card is required to activate the trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period. The trial gives you the opportunity to set up your Direct Bill or Indirect Provider environment and experience C3's billing automation capabilities before committing to a paid subscription. If you decide to continue after the trial, you can choose from available payment options, including credit card, wire transfer, or ACH.
